We almost always have a few projects or additions going on at the same time. However, we manage our projects accordingly to be able to do this. We are upfront, and if we have too many projects going and logistically can't take another on, we wait for one project to close out before starting yours.

We do our best to inform you of the possibility of the problems that could be hidden, depending on the scope. We will always convey the costs for such things before we move forward with our services, including additions.
